Conditions For Product Returns

Our company allows the sign-up for returns under certain terms and conditions. When your ordered item doesn’t meet your specifications, our platform provides the flexibility to exchange the items within the state and country premises. 

  • From the date you receive the product till return, we provide the flexibility of 14 days for exchange.
  • The product must be in its original condition and you’ll need to provide purchase proof as well.

As long as the returned product meets the company's terms and regulations, we provide assurance that the client’s rights won’t be affected at all. We inspect the returned product for checking purposes which include:

  • Labels and original packaging are in good condition to be resold at full prices.
  • The product was not used, assembled, altered, or installed for checking purposes.

The Work Process For Order Return

To return an eligible product, you can reach out to us through a verified email address location for required proceedings. Email us at  info@rugsdubai.com or fill out the applicant form on our website.

  • After the acknowledgment, our delivery man will collect the essentials in 2-3 business days, providing you with a receipt of collection for assurance.
  • Our company won’t be responsible for any loss and theft in case you hand over the incorrect product.
  • If you have received free delivery of the order from the company, you won’t be charged for shipping during returns.
  • Use a trackable shipping method if you are selecting the self-ship shipping option for your eligible products.
  • If during the self-shipping process, the product gets lost or damaged, the company reserves the right to charge you for that loss.
  • We shall inspect the delivered products and there is no refund or exchange of defective items.
  • Clients are obliged to return the product in original and re-saleable condition.
  • We won’t receive the product without the original packing and purchase receipt.
  • You’ll need to provide the certificates of appraisal, grading, and authenticity along with the products.
  • If your product was part of any gift card, coupon code, or offer, it won’t be applicable at the time of return.

Conditions For Products That Cannot Be Returned

As per the company policy, we process your product to refund and make necessary deductions. The rules for the products that cannot be exchanged or returned are:

  • The product is not eligible for return if it’s been over 14 days of purchase.
  • We won’t accept a product that is unsealed or opened (other than necessity).
  • Products without original packaging, labels, and description cards won’t be accepted.
  • Used, damaged, and installed items cannot be returned.
  • We won’t provide refunds on unwrapped beds, pillows, mattresses, and sheets for hygiene reasons.
  • Custom-designed products will also fall under the category of no returns.
  • The company won’t receive the products that are now tagged as “sold”.
  • Misused items that show signs of wear and tear can’t be returned even during the warranty period.

Note:

We are unable to proceed with the refund process when returned items don’t fall under the laws and regulations of the company. So, Before requesting for return, make sure you go through the guidelines.We welcome you to return the product that falls under the company’s criteria.
